Many of our products are made to order. We aim to deliver within 1 week, however please allow up to 14 working days during busy periods.
Please note due to the bulky nature of many of our products we can only deliver to UK MAINLAND addresses and any delivery dates provided are NOT GUARANTEED.

Please note also that delivery to these, and other remote locations, may take longer to arrive and also be delivered by an agent for our courier.
If, upon delivery, the packaging covering your goods appears to be damaged, or you suspect that the goods may have been damaged in transit, please sign for as UNCHECKED or DAMAGED and notify us within 24 hours.
If on inspection any items are missing, appear defective or damaged you must notify us within 24 hours. We may request images to help process any claims.
It is solely the customers responsibility to inspect all goods on receipt. GardenFurniture.Direct cannot accept any responsibility for any damage or defect that could have reasonably been caused by the recipient, if not reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
GardenFurniture.Direct cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of goods left unsigned for at the customers request.
All items are supplied by GardenFurniture.Direct include a minimum 2 Year limited warranty against defects (provided the items are used as intended).
In the unlikely case your goods arrive faulty and/or damaged or develop a fault within the warranty period. Please contact us in writing (email accepted) to arrange the return, replacement or repair free of charge.
In all other cases the following terms apply:
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. However due to the customised/made-to-order nature of some of our products, exceptions may apply.
PLEASE NOTE: All returns must be agreed in writing (email accepted) prior to the return of goods. Returned goods will NOT be accepted at our head office and additional costs may be incurred if items are not returned to the correct service centre.
GardenFurniture.Direct at their sole discretion may accept returned goods outside of the above terms, but reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of up to 20%, in any case return postage fees are non-refundable.
It is the customers sole responsibility to pay all additional return postage costs, and ensure that the goods are returned in a resell-able condition.
We can arrange for an out-of-warranty collection of heavy items, fees apply. (Please ask for a quote when contacting us)
